I'm the founder and CEO of Acceso, a multi-tenant SaaS ticketing platform I built and run end to end, from architecture, payments and security to marketing, finance and go-to-market. I’m also a full-stack engineer and SDET with 5+ years across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure and test automation. I build products and the test systems that keep them reliable, and I hold everything I ship to a high bar for correctness. I currently work as an Associate QA & Automation Engineer at Thryv and hold a B.S. in Systems Engineering from INTEC.

I founded Acceso and built it end to end as its sole engineer, designer and product owner, while leading every side of the business: marketing, customer relationships, financial planning and go-to-market strategy.

- Architected a multi-tenant platform with org-scoped data isolation, role-based access control across 4 roles and bilingual (English/Spanish) routing.
- Payments & Security
- Integrated Stripe and Azul with 3D Secure 2.0, mutual TLS client certificates, PCI compliance documentation and webhook-driven order fulfillment.
- Ticketing & Checkout
- Built HMAC-SHA256 signed QR tickets with offline-capable check-in, a reservation engine that prevents overselling, a lottery system for high-demand events, and delivery by email and WhatsApp.
